Melvin W. Yates is the General Manager of Triumph Sheets, bringing decades of leadership experience in the corrugated packaging industry. He joined Triumph in January and has a strong background in operations management, having previously served as General Manager at WestRock for 14 years and as COO of Gulf Packaging. His career began with seven years in the U.S. Air Force, followed by 14 years at Georgia-Pacific. Originally from Enoree, South Carolina, Melvin attended Woodruff High School and has a deep appreciation for the corrugated industry and the people who make it thrive. His favorite part of Triumph is the location and the dedicated team he works with daily. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and caring for his three horses—Willie, Bella, and Miranda. Melvin and his partner, Melissa Whitehead, have two sons, Brian and Michael.
Shane Miller is the Controller at Triumph Sheets, bringing years of financial expertise and leadership to the team. He joined Triumph in June 2024 after serving as Assistant Controller at StarCorr Sheets since April 2016. Shane is passionate about Triumph’s commitment to excellence and is dedicated to ensuring strong financial operations that support the company’s success. Originally from Austin, Texas, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University and his master’s from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, fitness, theology, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns. Shane and his wife, Lindsay, have three children—Madyson, Elijah, and Micah. While he appreciates all that Tennessee has to offer, his heart will always be in Texas. Hook ‘Em Horns!
Charles Root is the Plant Manager at Triumph Sheets, where he’s spent the past three years helping lead plant operations and supporting a strong, people-first culture. He began as a Superintendent and was quickly promoted to Plant Manager thanks to his leadership and steady presence on the floor. Before Triumph, Charles served as a helicopter crew chief in the U.S. Army and then spent 11 years in the corrugated industry with CSC, gaining valuable hands-on experience. He credits much of his leadership style to his military background and time in the industry. Raised in a military family, Charles grew up across the country, spending most of his time between Georgia and Germany. He attended Gupton Jones College in Atlanta, Georgia. Charles enjoys hiking, kayaking, and has recently gotten into astrophotography. He’s the proud father of three and shares his home with a cat.
Sara Healey-Piloczewski is the Operations Manager for Triumph Sheets and Tennessee Valley Converting, bringing over a decade of experience in the corrugated industry. A member of the original startup team in 2019, she first served as Customer Service Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager in May 2024. Sara began her career with the Schwarz Partners Group in 2013 at Independence Corrugated as a Customer Service Representative, steadily advancing through leadership roles. She is passionate about the strong culture and core values that Triumph and Tennessee Valley Converting have cultivated. Originally from East Troy, Wisconsin, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee in 2012. Outside of work, Sara enjoys hiking, wine tastings, playing soft-tip darts, and visiting family in Wisconsin. She has been happily married since 2017 and shares her home with two cats, Rambo and Thor.
Lorisa Key is the Safety Manager at Triumph Sheets, bringing a strong background in workplace safety and risk management. She has been with Triumph for five years and has been part of the Schwarz Partners family for seven. Before joining Triumph, Lorisa worked in safety consulting with Risi Management Partners, gaining valuable experience in developing and implementing safety programs. A native of Temple, Georgia, she graduated from Temple High School in 2011 and furthered her expertise by completing OSHA safety courses at Georgia Tech. She is also a CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified Trainer and earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2022. Lorisa’s favorite part of working at Triumph is the people—she admires their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, canning, and riding side-by-sides and four-wheelers. She lives with her husband and two sons and has a German Shepherd named Casper.
Todd Deluca is the Human Resources Manager at Triumph Sheets and has been with the company since its inception in 2019. With over 30 years of experience in human resources, he plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the dedicated team at Triumph. A native of Cleveland, Tennessee, Todd attended Cleveland High School before earning his degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His favorite part of working at Triumph is the people, appreciating the strong teamwork and commitment that make the company thrive. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, bowling, and spending time with his family. Todd is married with three children and two grandchildren, and at home, he cares for two cats and several fish.
Amanda Callaham is the Customer Service Manager at Triumph Sheets, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and administration across multiple industries. Since joining Triumph in April 2021, she has played a key role in the launch of Tennessee Valley Converting, first as a Customer Service Account Manager and later as the Lead Customer Service Account Manager. Her background includes five years in audio/video media manufacturing, 13 years in industrial coatings application, and two years in paperboard packaging manufacturing. Amanda thrives in Triumph’s team-oriented environment, where hard work and a fun atmosphere go hand in hand. A native of Ringgold, Georgia, she earned her bachelor’s degree in History from Georgia Southern University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering at the Humane Educational Society in Chattanooga. Amanda and her husband, Greg, have two daughters, Samantha and Cassie, along with a small herd of beloved cats.
Jon Cross is the Reliability Manager at Triumph Sheets, bringing a wealth of electrical and maintenance expertise to the team. Since joining Triumph in 2019, he has held key roles, including Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Manager, and now Reliability Manager, where he focuses on ensuring the efficiency and dependability of plant operations. Before Triumph, Jon built a strong career as a high and low voltage commercial electrician, electronics technician, and electrical maintenance specialist. A native of Mobile, Alabama, he attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School and has always had a passion for hands-on problem-solving. Jon’s favorite part of working at Triumph is the people, and outside of work, he enjoys deep-sea fishing and boating. He values time with his family and takes pride in helping keep Triumph running smoothly.
Mike Rottgen is the Quality Manager at Triumph Sheets, a role he has held since joining the company in August 2019. With a strong background in the corrugated industry, he previously served as a Converting Area Manager (Superintendent) at WestRock and as a Quality Manager at both WestRock and Hood Container. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Michael attended St. Ignatius High School before continuing his education at Middle Tennessee State University. He values the people at Triumph the most, appreciating the teamwork and dedication that drive success. Outside of work, he enjoys playing all types of games and spending time with his two children.
Kevin Ledford is the Maintenance Manager at Triumph Sheets, bringing over two decades of experience in manufacturing and maintenance leadership. Since joining Triumph more than five years ago, he has advanced through the roles of Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, and now Maintenance Manager. Before Triumph, Kevin spent 19 years at Georgia-Pacific and worked at Denso Manufacturing, honing his expertise in industrial maintenance. A proud native of Polk County, Tennessee, he graduated from Polk County High School in 1988 and furthered his education at the United States Navy Nuclear Power School and Cleveland State Community College. Kevin values Triumph’s commitment to its employees and takes pride in fostering a supportive workplace. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on the Atlanta Braves and spending time with his family. Happily married to Elois for 33 years, he is a proud father of four and grandfather to eleven, with another granddaughter on the way. He also shares his home with his loyal Rottweiler, Rambo.
