PLANT MANAGER
I am the plant manager here at Triumph Sheets, and have been in this role since the start up in 2019. I have been in the corrugated industry for over 18 years and still find every day exciting! Prior to my role at Triumph, I worked my way up and truly learned the business at one of our affiliated sheetfeeder plants, Alliance Sheets, in Bristol, Indiana. I was born in Bosnia, and migrated to the U.S. in 2000. When I am not at the plant, I enjoy playing Golf and Soccer.
CONTROLLER
I started my career as Triumph Sheet’s Controller in September of 2019. Before joining the team, I spent 11 years working in the hospitality industry. I grew up in Wayland, a small town in eastern Kentucky, and earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Alice Lloyd College in Pippa Passes, Kentucky. When away from the office, I enjoy days on the lake, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and spending time with my family and friends.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Marketing with a Human Resources concentration. I have been with Triumph Sheets since the startup in 2019. I was new to the corrugated industry when I joined but brought over 25 years of HR experience. My goal is to always have an approachable and helpful attitude for the employees at Triumph Sheets. I was born in New York but raised in Cleveland, TN., which allowed me to truly be a part of the community and get to know the people. When away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include golfing and bowling as well as participating in other sporting activities.
SAFETY MANAGER
I joined Triumph Sheets on our opening in 2019 as the Safety Manager. Safety is the top priority at Triumph Sheets, and my 10+ years of dedication and focus in the safety industry assure everyone gets home safe every day. Originally from Temple, GA, my family and I moved to Cleveland, TN, to join the Triumph team. I couldn’t be more blessed with the opportunities here. Each day is a new day. Our team is dedicated to keeping everyone safe by providing an excellent safety culture.
QUALITY MANAGER
I have been a part of the Triumph Sheets team since 2019 when they first opened their doors. Triumph was not new to me, as I have been in the industry for over 17 years and have developed an in-depth knowledge of what makes a sheet feeder plant successful. I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and I find it funny that I work in Cleveland, Tennessee, after living in Tennessee for the last 30+ years. I consider Tennessee my home and enjoy being part of this community.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING MANAGER
I have been with Triumph Sheets since its opening in 2019. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI, I began my career in customer service in 2013 at Independence Corrugated based in Oak Creek, WI. In 2019, I decided to leave Wisconsin to transfer to Cleveland, TN, for an opportunity with the new Triumph Sheets operation. Today, my job is the Customer Service and Scheduling Manager for Triumph Sheets. I also act in the same capacity for Triumph’s sister business, Tennessee Valley Converting, providing the communication bridge between customers and the team. When away from the office, I enjoy hiking, wine tastings, travel, and spending time with my family.
